Needle valve shv4 is mainly applicable to EH oil control system. The high-pressure oil supplied to the actuator flows to the servo valve through the stop valve to operate the hydraulic servo motor. When the stop valve is closed, the high-pressure oil circuit is cut off, so that the actuator stops when the turbine is running, so as to replace the filter screen and servo valve. Its working principle is similar to that of stop valve.

 

It can control the full opening and closing of the oil circuit, and it can also throttle by adjusting the opening of the cone valve. It is mainly composed of valve rod, body, valve seat, gasket, sealing ring, cone core, cap, etc.
