YSF-15-8.5 Coalescer Dehydration Filter Element is used to separate liquid aerosols, such as water and oil, from air or airflow. These elements have hydrophilic cores that concentrate liquid aerosols into large droplets for gravity drainage. Agglomeration filters are dual function products: they also remove submicron solids.
Natural gas coalescence filters are also used to separate immiscible liquids, such as water from fuels and oils of different densities. Under this action, they can provide dry, particulate free jet fuel, diesel, turbine fuel, lubricating oil or insulating oil.
The natural gas coalescence separation filter is used in oil-water separation systems, mainly to separate oil-water mixtures, suspensions, emulsions, etc. The usage process of coalescence separation filter in the system is divided into:
