The HZW-D axial displacement monitor is equipped with eddy current sensors and can measure the radial vibration of various rotating mechanical rotors. Suitable for system design and use in rotating machinery TSI, it can be widely used in industries such as power, machinery, chemical, metallurgy, etc. To provide multiple parameter measurements and early fault prediction for the safe operation of rotating machinery.
Function Description
＃ Implement intelligent processing: Alarm I value, II value, range, and channel zero position voltage can be set freely through panel buttons without the need for potentiometer adjustment
＃ Wire breakage detection protection: Wire breakage blocking alarm, shutdown relay output, NOK light on
＃ Equipped with power on and off detection functions, while cutting off alarm and shutdown output circuits
＃ It is possible to view the gap voltage value. When setting parameters or viewing the gap voltage, without keyboard operation for 1 minute, it will automatically return to the measurement state
＃ Alarm hold: When the device experiences an alarm, it will remain in the alarm state. After the alarm condition disappears, use the reset button to release the alarm state (if the alarm state still exists, it cannot be eliminated)
＃ Channel failure indication: When one channel fails and cannot function properly, it will automatically exit, and the other channel will continue to work (for dual channels)
＃ Alarm output outputs alarm signals from three channels through the AND logic, and shutdown signals from two channels through the AND logic, ensuring reliable and safe protection functions (for dual channels)
