DESCRIPTION

 

Epoxy RTV adhesive HDJ-102 is a solvent-free coating adhesive at room temperature. This product is composed of low viscosity epoxy resin and room temperature curing agent. The product does not contain solvents, with component A being epoxy resin and component B being curing agent.

Epoxy RTV adhesive HDJ-102 is mainly suitable for insulation and heat resistance level F (temperature resistance 155 ℃) generators. It is mainly used for the brushing and bonding of stator and rotor in water, thermal power, and excitation machines, and can also be used for the brushing and bonding of insulation in AC and DC motors.

Color: Light yellow viscous liquid, without mechanical impurities

Drying time: ≤ 24 hours

Applicable period: ≥ 40 minutes

Shelf life: The storage period is 6 months at room temperature, and it can still be used after passing the expiration inspection.

Packaging: Components A and B are packaged separately.
