DESCRIPTION
The interior of the globe check valve (welded) JC40-1.6P adopts a corrugated pipe structure and a double sealing design, ensuring zero leakage in the valve body. This shut-off valve is installed on pipelines with a nominal pressure of PN1.6-4.0MPa and operating temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 350 ℃ under various operating conditions, used to cut off or connect pipeline media. The excellent working performance makes this shut-off valve widely used in industries such as petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, fertilizer, and power industries.

The characteristics of the globe check valve (welded) JC40-1.6P are reliable operation, small opening height, tight closing, short opening and closing time, and easy adjustment or cut-off of flow. However, the fluid resistance is high, the opening and closing forces are large, and it rapidly increases with the increase of the cross-sectional area of the channel, making it difficult to manufacture a reliable shut-off valve with a large cross-sectional area of the channel.
