DESCRIPTION
The supply stator cooling water pump DFB80-50-240 is mainly used for the generator stator cooling system, and the stator winding cooling water is a closed cycle system. To ensure the continuous and reliable operation of the generator, two single stage corrosion-resistant centrifugal pumps with a rated capacity of 100% are equipped for circulating water. Two pumps are equipped, one is the working pump and the other is the backup pump. When the working pump malfunctions, the backup pump will automatically start. The pump is driven by a three-phase AC motor and powered by different systems to improve its reliability.

Maintenance process for supply stator cooling water pump DFB80-50-240:
1. Remove the motor and any auxiliary equipment that may hinder disassembly. The four corner gaskets of the motor are numbered with anchor bolts, and the thickness of the gaskets is measured with a vernier caliper and recorded.
2. Remove the bottom bolts of the middle bracket on the pump drive side, number and record the gaskets and bottom bolts accordingly.
3. Remove the bolts on the joint surface between the pump body and the pump bearing housing.
4. Mark the mating surfaces between the bearing chamber and the sealing chamber, as well as between the sealing chamber and the pump body. Use a top screw to separate the pump body and the bearing chamber, and extract them together with the intermediate bracket.
5. Place the pump components on the maintenance site.
