DESCRIPTION

Because hydraulic oil cannot store energy, the compressibility of gas is utilized by the accumulator airbag to accumulate liquid. Its working principle is that when the pressure increases, the oil enters the accumulator and the gas is compressed. When the pressure decreases, the compressed gas expands, and then the oil is hydraulically injected into the circuit.

The Accumulator NXQ-A-2.5/31.5-L of the fire-resistant fuel system includes high-pressure accumulator and low-pressure accumulator. The high-pressure accumulator is installed on the high-pressure oil main pipe next to the oil tank, which absorbs the high-frequency pulsation component of the pump outlet pressure to maintain stable oil pressure. The accumulator is connected to the oil system through an accumulator block. There are two shut-off valves on the accumulator block, which can isolate the accumulator from the system and discharge high-pressure EH oil from the accumulator to the oil tank. This allows for online testing or maintenance of the accumulator.
