DESCRIPTION
The globe check valve (welded) JC50-1.6P is used for the opening and closing of hydrogen in the hydrogen system of power plants. The opening and closing part of the globe valve is a plug shaped valve disc that can move linearly up and down to cut off or open the channel for fluid flow. It is a widely used valve in thermal power plants, and almost all Dg pipelines below 100mm use globe valves.

Globe check valve (welded) JC50-1.6P features and applications: The globe valve is characterized by reliable operation, small opening height, tight closing, short opening and closing time, and easy adjustment or cut-off of flow. However, the fluid resistance is high, the opening and closing force is large, and it rapidly increases with the increase of the channel cross-sectional area, making it difficult to manufacture a reliable cut-off valve with a large channel cross-sectional area. Therefore, the diameter of the shut-off valve is generally below 100 millimeters, mainly used for gas pipelines and cutting off pipeline media. The shut-off valve is directional and must be installed carefully.
