DESCRIPTION
The DC Motor Driven Emergency Oil Pump 125LY 23-4 is a vertical DC emergency oil pump, mainly composed of components such as the base, bearing chamber, connecting pipe, volute, shaft, impeller, etc. Its structural feature is that the upper end of the connecting pipe is equipped with a bearing chamber, which is equipped with two rows of face-to-face angular contact ball bearings to withstand the axial force of the entire rotor component. The connecting pipe connects the volute and the pump seat, and there is a guide bearing inside the volute to make the rotor part center and operate smoothly. The motor power is transmitted to the impeller inside the volute through the pump shaft, thereby conveying the turbine oil to the working pipeline.

The lubrication of the thrust bearing and guide bearing in the DC Motor Driven Emergency Oil Pump 125LY 23-4 relies on the lubricating oil pumped by the pump. The guide bearing of the pump is made of carbon graphite material, which has good oil wear resistance. However, when starting without oil, it will generate high temperature between the shaft and the guide bearing, which will burn the guide bearing. Therefore, it is never allowed to start without oil. The rotation of the pump is clockwise when viewed from the motor end downwards. It can be confirmed by opening the pump seat observation hole to see the direction of rotation of the coupling, and whether the rotation is consistent with the specified direction. The pump cannot reverse.
