DESCRIPTION
The solenoid valve SK7244 is controlled by a dual coil. One coil is momentarily powered on and turns off the power and opens the valve, while the other coil is momentarily powered on and turns off the power and closes the valve. Can be kept closed or open for a long time, which can prolong the lifespan of the coil
Structure OF solenoid valve SK7244
The solenoid valve SK7244 can be used to connect or cut off the air source, thereby switching the pneumatic control membrane head air circuit. It is composed of components such as the valve body, valve arrangement, electromagnetic components, springs, and sealing structure. The sealing block at the bottom of the movable iron core uses the pressure of the spring to close the air inlet of the valve body. After being powered on, the electromagnet engages, and the sealing block with elastic yellow on the upper part of the moving iron core closes the exhaust port. The airflow enters the membrane head from the intake port, playing a control role. When power is lost, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the moving iron core leaves the fixed iron core under the action of elasticity. It moves downwards, opening the exhaust port and blocking the air inlet. The membrane head gas flows through the exhaust port and is discharged, restoring the membrane to its original position. In our oxygen production equipment, there are applications such as emergency shut-off of the membrane regulating valve at the inlet of the turbine expander.
