DESCRIPTION

 

Water drum level controller DQS-76 is mainly used for monitoring the liquid level of various steam drums and measuring the water level of high and low pressure heaters, deaerators, evaporators, and water tanks. It also has functions such as alarm node output.

 

Function OF water drum level controller DQS-76

 

The water drum level controller DQS-76 measures the conductivity difference between furnace water and steam. Due to changes in liquid level, some electrodes are immersed in water and some are placed in steam. The electrode in furnace water has a small impedance to the cylinder, while the electrode in steam has a large impedance to the cylinder. By utilizing this characteristic, non electric water levels can be converted into electric quantities and sent to intelligent secondary instruments, thereby achieving water level display Alarm output and other functions.
