DESCRIPTION

 

Epoxy brushing dipping adhesive HDJ-138 is a two-component adhesive that is mainly composed of low viscosity epoxy resin and synthetic resin curing agents, and is room temperature cured. This product has good mechanical and electrical properties, low curing temperature, energy and labor saving, high heat resistance level, and long storage period. It can be used for impregnation and insulation treatment of various types of motor binding tapes and conformal materials. The colloid has the characteristics of low viscosity, strong adhesive strength of solidified materials, and good flowability, which can meet the requirements for brush impregnation of stator and rotor in water, thermal power, and excitation machines. It is also suitable for brush impregnation of AC and DC motor insulation.

 

Usage method OF Epoxy brushing dipping adhesive HDJ-138

 

Epoxy brushing dipping adhesive HDJ-138 should be ready to use and prepared. Firstly, slowly introduce component B into component A, stir thoroughly, and mix evenly before use. After each dispensing, it should be used up within the applicable period.
