DESCRIPTION
The structural principle of relief valve F3-CG-2V-6FW-10: The relief valve F3-CG-2V-6FW-10 is composed of two main parts: the pilot valve and the main valve. The pilot valve is responsible for regulating pressure, and the main valve is responsible for overflow. The valve body is equipped with an oil inlet, an oil outlet, and a remote control port. The main valve is equipped with a damping hole and a drain hole, and there is a damping hole between the main valve and the pilot valve.

The opening and closing of the relief valve F3-CG-2V-6FW-10 main valve is controlled by the pilot valve, which uses the pressure difference between the upper and lower ends of the main valve core to balance with the spring for pressure control. Hydraulic oil enters from the oil inlet, acts on the pilot valve through the damping hole, and flows into the upper end of the main valve core through the damping hole, while also entering the bottom end of the main valve core.
When the pressure at the inlet is low and the hydraulic force on the pilot valve is insufficient to overcome the force of the pressure regulating spring, the pilot valve closes and no oil flows through the damping hole. Therefore, the pressure at the upper and lower ends of the main valve core is equal. Under the action of the reset spring 4, the main valve core 2 is at the bottom position, and the inlet port P and return port T of the overflow valve are not connected, resulting in no overflow. Damping holes can eliminate the vibration of the main valve core and improve the balance of the valve.
