DESCRIPTION
The accumulator of the fire-resistant fuel system includes high-pressure accumulator and low-pressure accumulator. The high-pressure accumulator is installed on the high-pressure oil main pipe next to the oil tank, which absorbs the high-frequency pulsation component of the pump outlet pressure to maintain stable oil pressure. The accumulator is connected to the oil system through an accumulator block. There are two shut-off valves on the accumulator block, which can isolate the accumulator from the system and discharge high-pressure EH oil from the accumulator to the oil tank. This allows for online testing or maintenance of the accumulator.

The maximum working pressure of the fire-resistant oil system is 14.5MPa, and the minimum working pressure is 11.2MPa. For example, the nitrogen charging pressure of the accumulator is generally 9.0 ± 0.5 MPa. The low-pressure accumulator is installed on the pressurized return oil pipeline, with a nitrogen charging pressure of 0.21 ± 0.05 MPa, which is the same as the pressure of the pressurized return oil pipeline.
