In the insulation treatment of the coil winding of a steam turbine generator, the brushing and impregnation of the rotor coil end usually requires the following steps:

 

Pour the mixed epoxy adhesive HDJ-16A into the impregnation container. Gently immerse the end of the rotor coil into the epoxy adhesive, ensuring that the end of the coil is completely immersed in the adhesive.

 

Gently wipe the end of the coil with a brush or other tool to eliminate air bubbles and ensure full penetration of the material.

 

Cure according to the curing conditions specified by the epoxy adhesive HDJ-16A to ensure complete curing of the adhesive and the required insulation performance.

 

After the coating and impregnation treatment is completed, necessary inspections and tests are carried out to ensure that the insulation treatment of the coil end meets the requirements and has the required insulation performance.
