DESCRIPTION

 

The filter element DQ150AW25H1.0S is a dual filter element produced by YOYIK. The dual filter refers to two shells equipped with an upper cover and a filter element inside, each with an oil inlet on the upper side wall and an oil outlet on the lower side wall. The oil inlet ports on the two shells are connected by a three-way oil inlet pipe component with an oil inlet switching valve or oil inlet switching valve core, and the oil outlet ports on the two shells are also connected by a three-way oil outlet pipe component with an oil outlet switching valve or oil outlet switching valve core.

When a dual filter is in use and the filter element of one filter is blocked, resulting in a pressure difference of 0.35mpa between the inlet and outlet, the transmitter sends a signal. At this time, rotate the directional valve to make the backup oil filter work, and then replace the blocked filter element. When the clogged filter element cannot be replaced in a timely manner due to certain reasons, causing the pressure difference between the inlet and outlet to further increase to 0.4 MPa, the bypass valve will automatically start working to protect the normal operation of the filter element and system. However, users should replace the filter element as soon as possible.

The dual filter element DQ150AW25H1.0S is used in the filter to remove impurities in the system oil, keep the oil returning to the tank clean, and facilitate the circulation of the oil flowing through the filter.
