DESCRIPTION
The EH Circulating Junction filter QTL-250 is mainly used for filtering oil in the hydraulic system, installed in filters and oil filters in the hydraulic system. Used in the oil circuit of the hydraulic system to remove metal powder and other mechanical impurities worn by various components in the hydraulic system to keep the oil circuit clean and extend the service life of the hydraulic system
REINSTALLING STEPS OF FILTER QTL-250
After replacing the EH Circulating Junction filter QTL-250 of the regeneration device, it is necessary to reinstall the hydraulic motor.
Steps for reinstalling the hydraulic motor:
1. Reinstall the piston into the oil cylinder and tighten the end cover bolts.
2. After installing the O-ring on the oil ports of the electro-hydraulic servo valve and the electric servo valve, seat them accordingly, reinstall them on the control block, close the stop valve on the control block, and then install the control block cover.
3. Align the positioning spring pins on the solenoid valve with the pin holes on the control block and evenly tighten their respective bolts.
4. Reassemble the throttle hole, filter screen, pipe joint, and pipe plug in their respective positions (do not forget to install the O-ring during assembly), and then reinstall the oil pipe connected to the pipe joint.
