DESCRIPTION
The filter element CB13299-002V should be used for the actuator of the gas turbine bypass system, with a filtration accuracy of 2 microns, meeting the filtration requirements of the system.
The gas turbine bypass system determines the overall startup speed of the combined cycle unit and plays a crucial role in the safe and stable operation of the unit. The detailed functions of the bypass system are as follows:
1. Protect the reheater during unit startup and load rejection to prevent dry burning of the reheater;
2. When starting the unit, adjust the startup parameters to shorten the startup time. For once-through boilers, if the capacity selected by the bypass system exceeds the dry wet switching load, the boiler can directly enter the pure once-through state for operation;
FUNCTION OF ACTUATOR FILTER CB13299-001V
The filter element CB13299-001V adopts centrifugal filtration without a filter element, effectively solving the contradiction between oil passing capacity and filtration efficiency.
The function of filter element CB13299-001V is to filter out impurities, gums, and moisture in the oil, and deliver clean oil to all lubrication parts. Due to the high viscosity of the engine oil and the high content of impurities in the engine oil, in order to improve the filtering efficiency, oil filter generally has three levels, namely oil filter, coarse oil filter and fine oil filter. The filter is installed in the front oil pan of the oil pump and generally adopts a metal mesh type. The oil filter is installed behind the oil pump and connected in series with the main oil passage. There are mainly metal scraper type, sawdust filter type, and microporous filter paper type. Currently, microporous filter paper is mainly used.
