WJ10F1.6P welded bellows globe valve is used for gas cut-off, regulation, and throttling in the hydrogen cooling system of generators. It mainly seals the gas in circulation without leakage and is one of the commonly used spare parts valves in power plants. During the opening and closing process, the sealing surface has low friction and is durable. The sealing material uses polytetrafluoroethylene and high-temperature resistant fillers. The advantages of polytetrafluoroethylene sealing material are low friction coefficient, only 0.02-0.10, so the friction resistance is small, It also has high chemical stability, can resist various acid and alkali corrosion, and has good temperature resistance. It can normally work at 80~200 ℃. The moisture absorption coefficient is small, and the water absorption rate is 0.01%.

 

The WJ10F1.6P welded bellows globe valve has added a dual sealing design (corrugated pipe+sealing packing) compared to ordinary valves. If the corrugated pipe fails, the valve stem packing will also avoid leakage. Long service life, reduced maintenance frequency, and the sealing kit and packing can also be replaced separately
