FRD.WJA1.050 ST lube oil filter element is one of the common types of wind power gearbox filter elements, which can filter out particles larger than 10um in the working system of turbines.

 

Replacing a filter generally requires the following steps:

Turn off the turbine: Before changing the filter element, first turn off the turbine and confirm that it has stopped to ensure the safety of the operation.

Find the location of the filter element: According to the turbine model and installation location, find the location where the filter element needs to be replaced.

Clean up the surrounding environment: Before replacing the filter element, it is necessary to clean up the surrounding environment to avoid contamination of the new filter element by dust, oil and other debris.

Remove the old filter element: According to the specific installation method, remove the old filter element and clean up the oil or debris remaining on the filter element seat.

Install the new filter element: place the new filter element on the filter element seat, and fix the filter element in the correct installation order.

Add lubricating oil: After replacing the filter element, inject an appropriate amount of lubricating oil into the filter element according to the manufacturer's recommendation.

Start the turbine: After changing the filter, the turbine will need to be started and tested to make sure the new filter is installed correctly and there are no oil leaks or other problems.
