The CZX-40 filter element is installed in the steam turbine regeneration device, which can filter out metal rust in the EH oil tank, reduce the acid value of EH oil, protect equipment operation, and extend equipment service life.

As an important medium in the turbine oil system, fire-resistant oil has the outstanding advantage of flame resistance, but it also has toxicity. Compared to ordinary hydraulic oil, it is more expensive and has a greater impact on temperature. The operating conditions of EH oil are complex, so in order to prevent the deterioration of EH oil, when inspecting pipelines and oil system maintenance, residual metal rust can decompose EH oil into enzymes and carboxylic acids. Filter element CZX-40 can be used to avoid oil deterioration and improve the quality of fire-resistant fuel.

 

The CZX-40 filter element is made of cellulose material and has corrosion resistance. However, after long-term operation, the filtering effect decreases and requires regular maintenance, replacement, and upkeep.
