The 707FM1623W25FH jacking oil filter element is a precision filter element designed for the turbine jacking oil system. It is mainly used to protect the oil pump and bearing system from solid particle contaminants in the oil. The filter element ensures the cleanliness of the jacking oil and maintains the stability of the oil film through high-efficiency filtration, thereby reducing bearing wear and extending the service life of the equipment.

The stainless steel woven mesh + glass fiber composite filter material is used, combined with the stainless steel perforated plate support layer to achieve multi-layer gradient filtration, taking into account high dirt holding capacity and mechanical strength.

The folded filter layer structure significantly increases the effective filtration area, reduces pressure loss, and extends the replacement cycle.

 

Filtration accuracy: 10-25μm (customizable according to working conditions), can intercept impurities such as metal debris and colloids in the oil.

Pressure resistance: The maximum working pressure difference is 32MPa, suitable for the inlet or outlet pipeline of the high-pressure top shaft oil pump.

Temperature adaptability: The working temperature range is -25℃ to +100℃, covering the full working condition requirements of the turbine from cold start to full load operation.

 

Mainly used for the double-tube filter or independent filter unit of the turbine jacking oil pump to ensure the formation of bearing oil film during low-speed cranking and avoid dry friction.
