LY-24/10W is a high-performance duplex oil filter element designed for regulating oil systems of large rotating equipment such as steam turbines and gas turbines. It adopts a duplex parallel structure and supports online switching maintenance to ensure continuous and stable operation of the system. It is suitable for key power equipment with extremely high requirements for oil cleanliness.

Multi-layer composite structure: stainless steel support mesh + glass fiber filter material, taking into account high strength and dirt holding capacity, extending service life.

Reliable duplex design: switch the spare filter element through the valve to achieve zero system shutdown during maintenance and ensure production continuity.

Pressure differential warning function: equipped with a pressure differential indicator to monitor the blockage status in real time and prompt the replacement time.

Material compatibility: resistant to mineral oil and synthetic ester oil, operating temperature range - 30℃~120℃, suitable for high temperature and high pressure conditions.

Pre-installation inspection: confirm that the filter element model is compatible with the system, and clean the inner cavity of the filter housing to avoid secondary contamination.

Switching operation: turn the switching valve counterclockwise to the spare filter element, lock it and replace the dirty filter element.
