DET6320A dry ion exchange resin filter element is a dry purification filter element designed for the EH fire-resistant oil system of steam turbines. It integrates ion exchange resin and deep adsorption technology, and is specially used to remove acidic substances, moisture, metal particles and oxidation byproducts in fire-resistant oil, restore the dielectric strength and chemical stability of oil products, extend the service life of fire-resistant oil, and ensure the safe and reliable operation of steam turbine regulation system. Suitable for online regeneration of phosphate-type fire-resistant oil.

Ion exchange layer: The dry ion exchange resin filter element DET6320A is filled with special cationic resin and anionic resin to neutralize acidic degradation products (such as phenols and carboxylic acids generated by hydrolysis of phosphate esters) and inhibit sludge formation.

Support structure: stainless steel skeleton + end cover laser welding, pressure resistance ≥1.5 MPa, temperature resistance 150℃, suitable for high-pressure regeneration device working conditions.

Dry packaging process: The filter element DET6320A adopts vacuum drying packaging technology to avoid resin failure due to moisture, ready to use, no pretreatment required, and reduce the risk of oil contamination.

Pre-flushing: Before installing the new filter element, circulate at a low flow rate for 30 minutes to discharge the packaged residual gas.

Operation monitoring: Test the acid value and moisture content of the outlet oil every week. Monitor the pressure difference before and after the filter element in real time, and replace it immediately when it exceeds the set value.

Replacement standard: Replace when the acid value reduction efficiency is less than 30% or the water adsorption is saturated.
