The oil pump is installed on the air side and hydrogen side of the generator to ensure the normal operation of the system.
In the design of DLZB820-R64, the adjustment of the inlet and outlet oil pressure of the oil pump was fully considered. For this reason, a recirculation device is specially installed at the inlet and outlet of the air and hydrogen side oil pumps to facilitate precise adjustment of the oil pressure at the outlet of the oil pump. When the hydrogen pressure is less than 0.16MPa, the sealed oil tank will drain oil through the outlet of the hydrogen side oil pump to ensure the normal operation of the system.
