The TKZM-06 Intelligent Pulse Controller is a pulse controller designed for dust collectors using microcomputers. The main circuit is isolated from the output using a optocoupler, and the output is operated using a high-power output transistor (10A) or bidirectional thyristor. There is no numerical display on the panel, which can sequentially display the working sequence of the electromagnetic pulse valve. The pulse width, pulse interval, and cycle interval can be adjusted according to the cleaning requirements, controlling the opening and closing of the electromagnetic valve, and implementing timed cleaning of the dust collector. At the same time, there is a differential pressure control instrument input contact. After connecting the differential pressure control instrument and differential pressure transmitter, the differential pressure can be set for dust cleaning.
