Automatically control the replenishment of fuel tanks or other containers to maintain the tank within the specified liquid level range. Mainly used for liquid level control of the vacuum oil tank in the single flow ring oil seal control system of hydrogen cooled steam turbine generators. It can also be used for medium supply in other similar oil tanks or water tanks.
Mainly composed of valve body, piston, needle plug, transmission mechanism, and ball valve. When the oil level in the tank drops and the buoyancy of the float decreases, the needle plug moves to the right and opens the center hole of the piston. The pressure oil in the upper chamber of the piston is discharged into the vacuum tank, and the pressure oil in the middle chamber of the piston is lost to the right. The valve opens to replenish oil to the tank.
