DESCRIPTION
The jacking oil pump auto back-flushing oil filter ZCL-I-450-B is designed in the form of a stainless steel sieve tube, and the filter material is made of stainless steel trapezoidal wire. The gap between the filter elements forms a V-shaped shape, ensuring the filtration area and non blocking, and ensuring smooth water flow. The support ribs of the filter element are on the outside and the inner surface is smooth, which allows the cleaning brush to clean the filter element. When filtered to a certain extent, the water flow can be flushed from the outside of the filter element, and the cleaning brush can be tested and cleaned internally to achieve the purpose of backwashing.
Automatic self-cleaning filters are widely used in circulating or non circulating cooling water systems, heat exchange systems, central air conditioning systems, oil circuit systems, etc., respectively, to protect cooling equipment, hot exchange equipment, hydraulic components, etc. The automatic self-cleaning filter has the function of filtering the raw water and automatically cleaning and discharging the filter element, and the system operates continuously during cleaning and discharging.
FUNCTION OF FILTER ELEMENT
The jacking oil pump auto back-flushing oil filter ZCL-I-450-B is installed in an automatic backwash oil filter, which is used to filter out impurities (excluding water and chemicals) in the working medium of the hydraulic system and maintain the cleanliness of the oil. The advantage is to overcome the disadvantage of ordinary oil filter elements being easily clogged and requiring frequent replacement or cleaning during use. The oil filter utilizes the hydraulic energy of the hydraulic system itself to drive the sewage discharge mechanism to work, continuously and automatically flushing away the accumulated dirt on the filter screen, maintaining a constant flow area of the filter element. The backwashing process of the oil filter does not affect the internal pressure, flow rate, and temperature of the system.
