DESCRIPTION
The temporary filter ASME-600-150A and ASME-600-200A are applied to gas turbines. The filter material adopts stainless steel filter screens, the sealing surface of the filter element is welded using argon arc welding process, and the filter layer adopts multi fold folding process, which has the characteristics of no leakage, not easy to fall off, and easy to clean.
CHARACTERISTIC OF FILTER ELEMENT ASME-600-150A
1. Stable filtration: Due to the selection of high-quality raw materials, the mesh of the filter mesh is not easily deformed during use;
2. Good strength: with good pressure resistance and mechanical strength;
3. Corrosion resistance: Due to the use of high-quality stainless steel raw materials, it has high corrosion resistance and wear resistance;
4. High temperature resistance: 304 stainless steel mesh, with high temperature resistance up to 500-750 ℃;
5. Easy to clean: Due to the use of a single-layer filter material, it has the characteristic of easy cleaning and is particularly suitable for backwashing;
6. Easy to process: suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching, welding and other processing conditions.
