PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

 

Regenerative circulating pump is vane pump, installed singly at the bottom of the EH oil station. It can be started or stopped based on the actual operation of the system.

To ensure the cleanliness of oil, it is suggested that the circulating pump should be in operation for a long time. The circulating pump needs to be started 8 hours before starting the main pump, thus the temperature of oil tank could remain even, especially when heated start-up is needed.

 

Working principle:

The goal of the fire-resistant oil system is to discharge the fire-resistant oil from critical areas or equipment and circulate it back to the fire-resistant oil storage area through the fire-resistant oil pump to ensure the safety and reliability of the system.

 

Circulation of Fire resistant oil:

Extraction of fire-resistant oil: The pump extracts fire-resistant oil from critical areas or equipment through suction pipelines, such as fire-resistant oil pools, burners, or other areas where there may be accumulation of fire-resistant oil.
Pumped fire-resistant oil: Once extracted, the pump pressurizes the fire-resistant oil and sends it to the fire-resistant oil storage area through the outlet pipeline.
Circulating fire-resistant oil: After being returned to the fire-resistant oil storage area, the fire-resistant oil can be reused or further processed. Through the circulation system, fire-resistant oil can be evenly distributed throughout the entire fire-resistant oil system to ensure the supply and protection of various key parts.
Control and monitoring: Fire-resistant oil systems are usually equipped with corresponding control and monitoring equipment to ensure the normal operation of pumps and the safety of the system. These devices may include pressure switches, flow meters, filters, and sensors for monitoring and controlling the pressure, flow rate, and quality of fire-resistant oil.
