During displacement sensor HD101.03.025 assembly, ensure that the iron core is strictly coaxial with the piston rod of the hydraulic engine, and prohibit eccentric or lateral force installation to prevent iron core jamming and linear accuracy degradation;
Adequate movement allowance is reserved for the metal corrugated pipe, and the valve moves back and forth throughout the entire process without pulling or bending;
The flange fastening bolts are evenly stressed, and the sealing gasket is intact to prevent EH fire-resistant oil from penetrating into the sensor and causing damage to the circuit board.
2. Debugging and calibration steps
After powering on, manually shake the hydraulic engine to the fully closed position and calibrate the 4mA zero output;
Shake to the fully open limit position of the valve and calibrate the 20mA full-scale output;
Slowly repeat the full stroke multiple times, check that the opening signals in the middle are linear and stable without any jumps, and then put the DEH automatic adjustment mode into operation.
3. Change the judgment criteria
If the following faults occur, the sensor must be replaced as a whole and cannot be repaired or reused:
The output signal continues to jump and the linear deviation is severe, and the zero point and full range cannot be calibrated;
Metal bellows damaged, shell leaking oil, circuit board corroded by oil mist;
The iron core is stuck, and there is no change in the feedback signal when the valve operates;
After long-term high-temperature operation, the zero drift exceeds the standard and cannot meet the accuracy requirements of DEH regulation.
4. Spare parts storage specifications
Sensors are stored vertically, and the iron core is not compressed by external forces; Corrugated pipe cables should avoid bending under heavy pressure; The warehouse should be kept dry and ventilated, away from high temperature and oil resistant corrosion areas, and well sealed for dust prevention and protection.
5. Safety risk warning
The feedback failure and signal distortion of LVDT displacement sensors can directly cause the DEH closed-loop regulation to lose control, resulting in incorrect opening and closing of control valves, causing severe fluctuations in unit load, and exceeding the main steam pressure limit; In severe cases, valve jamming and unit tripping may occur, resulting in unplanned shutdowns and significant economic losses.
