DEA-LVDT-150-6 is a linear differential transformer displacement sensor (LVDT hydraulic actuator stroke sensor) specifically designed for steam turbine DEH control systems. It is mainly used in conjunction with hydraulic actuators for the main steam valve, regulating valve, and reheat valve of thermal power units, and serves as the core measurement element for valve opening closed-loop feedback.

The product adopts the principle of non-contact differential inductance measurement, which real-time collects the full stroke displacement of the hydraulic motor piston rod, converts the mechanical stroke into a standard analog signal, and uploads it to the DEH control cabinet. The system forms a closed-loop regulation through given instructions and valve position feedback, accurately controls the steam turbine inlet flow, stabilizes the unit speed, load, and main steam pressure. The sensor is resistant to high temperature, vibration, EH, fuel mist, and electromagnetic interference from frequency converters. The iron core and coil have no mechanical friction, and there is no wear or drift during long-term operation. It is a specialized standard spare part for steam turbine overhaul and valve position feedback abnormal fault replacement.
