The transformer temperature controller BWY (WTYK) -803A is mainly composed of elastic elements, capillary tubes, temperature packs, and micro switches. When the temperature pack is heated, the volume increment generated by the thermal expansion of the temperature sensing medium inside the temperature pack is transmitted to the elastic element through the capillary tube, causing the elastic element to produce a displacement. This displacement is amplified by the mechanism to indicate the measured temperature and drive the micro switch to work, thereby controlling the input or output of the cooling system.

 

The BWY (WTYK) -803A temperature controller adopts composite sensor technology, which means that while the instrument temperature pack pushes the elastic element, it can synchronously output Pt100 platinum resistance signals. This signal can be transmitted to the control room hundreds of meters away, and the XMT digital temperature controller can synchronously display and control the transformer oil temperature. The Pt100 platinum resistance signal can also be converted into a DC standard signal (0~5V, 1~5V, or 4~20mA) output connected to a computer through a digital display instrument.
