Electromagnetic valve FRD.WJA3.001 is an electromagnetic directional valve used for power plant steam turbine bodies. Its control principle is based on electromagnetic force driving the valve core to achieve the on/off and switching of the oil circuit. The following is the detailed control principle of the solenoid valve:

1. Basic structure and working principle

The FRD.WJA3.001 solenoid valve adopts a sliding cylindrical valve core design, which uses electromagnetic force to push the valve core or steel ball to achieve the on/off of the oil circuit. It has a sealed chamber inside, with through holes at different positions, each connected to a different oil pipe. When the electromagnetic coil is energized, the generated electromagnetic force will overcome the reaction force of the spring, push the valve core to move, and thus open or close the oil circuit.

2. Power on and power-off status

Power on state: After the electromagnetic coil is powered on, a magnetic field is generated, and the electromagnetic force acts on the valve core, causing it to lift off the valve seat. The oil circuit is opened, and hydraulic oil can flow.

Power off state: When the electromagnetic coil is powered off, the electromagnetic force disappears, and the reaction force of the spring presses the valve core back to the valve seat, closing the oil circuit.
