DFLQG-0041B-T1.6L1000E1W80S1 coal mill dual tube filter cartridge is a precision filter element designed specifically for coal mills. It is mainly used for impurity filtration in lubricating oil systems, ensuring the cleanliness of oil during equipment operation, thereby extending equipment life and improving production efficiency.

Technical principles and structural characteristics

This filter element uses foldable glass fiber filter material to capture tiny particles in lubricating oil through a deep filtration mechanism (with a filtration accuracy of 5 μ m), while ensuring a large filtration area (4 ㎡) to reduce pressure difference (maximum pressure difference of 0.4 MPa). Its dual tube design allows one filter to work and the other to be used as a backup, achieving non-stop replacement and improving system continuity. The inlet and outlet diameter of the filter element is 30mm, compatible with standard pipelines, and can operate stably under a raw water pressure of 0.4MPa. The working temperature range is up to 80 ℃, suitable for high temperature conditions.
