1、 Installation

1. The dual oil filter can switch without stopping: release the handle → rotate 90 ° → close the old filter element side → open the new filter element side;

2. Before installation, confirm that the O-ring is intact and apply a small amount of system oil for lubrication;

3. Torque 30 ± 5 N · m to prevent deformation of the end cap.

2、 Operation monitoring

1. Set the pressure difference alarm to 0.35 MPa, switch and replace immediately when the alarm value is reached;

2. When the unit starts and stops frequently or the oil quality deteriorates, it is recommended to check once every 500 to 1000 hours.

3、 Replacement steps

1. Close the valve on the side of the filter element to be replaced and release pressure to zero;

2. Remove the filter cover and extract the old filter element;

3. Clean the inner wall of the filter housing and check the spring of the bypass valve;

4. Install the new filter element 2-5658-0154-99, ensuring that the O-ring enters the slot;

5. Reset the end cap and tighten diagonally with torque;

6. Open the valve, exhaust and put it into operation.
