The protector's housing features a sealed design, achieving high industrial standards. Age-resistant nitrile rubber seals are installed at the housing joints to prevent dust from intruding into the internal circuitry. The wiring terminals utilize waterproof connectors, preventing moisture intrusion and short circuits even in humid environments. The housing is constructed of high-strength, flame-retardant plastic, offering both impact and corrosion resistance, preventing damage from dust, friction, and chemicals.

 

To address vibration, the protector's internal components utilize a "damping fixation + rigid support" layout. The core circuit module is secured to the housing's inner wall with damping pads to reduce vibration impact on component solder joints. Key components are vibration-resistant, and reinforced adhesive is added to the pins to prevent component displacement or poor contact due to vibration. Furthermore, the protector's mounting bracket is adjustable to accommodate different motor mounting angles, preventing vibrations exacerbated by mounting stress.

 

The circuit design enhances interference resistance and stability: a wide input voltage adapts to power plant grid voltage fluctuations; a built-in surge protection circuit mitigates voltage surges during motor startup and shutdown; and leakage protection is added to prevent circuit leakage caused by dusty environments, preventing further escalation of faults. Furthermore, the protector's built-in self-diagnostic circuit monitors its operating status in real time and issues alarms through indicator lights, facilitating prompt action by maintenance personnel and preventing motor damage caused by protector failure. These features have enabled the BDM100-M+B to operate stably for over five years despite the harsh environment of a power plant's auxiliary equipment workshop, significantly reducing the risk of motor damage and maintenance costs caused by phase failure.
