The B49H-10 boiler drum dual-color water level gauge features a "blind-spot-free" design. Through optimized optical structure and adaptive operating conditions, it provides operators with a full-scale, continuous visual indication of the water level under variable operating conditions, such as startups and shutdowns, and load fluctuations, completely eliminating blind spots. The gauge utilizes a "multiple optical prisms + full-scale light-transmitting channel" layout. Traditional water level gauges are prone to blind spots at extremely low or high water levels. The B49H-10 utilizes multiple prisms arranged throughout the full drum water level range. Utilizing the principles of light refraction and reflection, the B49H-10 clearly displays every water level change from "zero water level" to "full water level" using dual-color light. The optical signals from adjacent prisms seamlessly connect, eliminating any visual gaps.

 

To ensure adaptability to changing operating conditions, the water level gauge features a built-in pressure-temperature compensation module. During boiler startup and shutdown, the drum pressure rapidly rises from ambient pressure to rated pressure, and the temperature fluctuates simultaneously. This can easily cause density changes within the water level gauge, leading to a false water level. The compensation module monitors the drum pressure and temperature in real time and automatically adjusts the refractive parameters of the optical system to offset the effects of density changes on the water level display, ensuring that the displayed water level is consistent with the actual drum level. Furthermore, the water level gauge's observation window features an anti-fog and anti-scaling coating to prevent moisture and impurities generated during startup and shutdown from adhering to the window and obstructing vision. The window is constructed of high-temperature, high-pressure quartz glass, ensuring it will not crack or deform under extreme operating conditions. Whether the water level rises slowly during a cold start or fluctuates dramatically during a sudden load change, the operator can see continuous, accurate water level changes in real time through the water level gauge, completely eliminating the risk of blind spots in water level monitoring.
