The turbine control valve displacement sensor B151.36.09.04.010 is a high-precision displacement monitoring device, and its signal stability is particularly critical in the inverter environment with dense electromagnetic interference. When the inverter is running, high-frequency PWM signal switching and harmonic noise can easily invade the sensor signal line through radiation or conduction paths, causing measurement value fluctuations or false triggering, affecting the control accuracy of the equipment. In order to effectively suppress such interference, it is necessary to build an electromagnetic compatibility protection system through shielded cables and grounding optimization strategies.
The structural design of the shielded cable can significantly reduce the risk of noise coupling. The inner layer uses metal foil shielding, which tightly wraps the signal conductor and quickly discharges electrostatic induction noise through a low-impedance path; the outer layer is a braided mesh shielding, which forms a low-impedance loop through multi-point grounding to absorb and suppress high-frequency electromagnetic radiation interference. The synergistic effect of the two layers of shielding makes the cable have stronger anti-interference ability, especially in areas with dense inverters, which can effectively isolate electromagnetic noise from power lines, control lines and surrounding equipment. In practical applications, it is recommended to use a copper mesh braided shielding layer with an outer layer coverage of not less than 95%, and ensure that the insulation between the inner metal foil and the outer shielding layer is good to avoid secondary interference caused by parasitic capacitance.
Grounding optimization needs to take into account both the shielding layer performance and system stability. The inner shielding layer should be grounded at a single point at the signal source end to eliminate the common mode voltage caused by the potential difference between the two ends; the outer shielding layer is connected to the unified grounding busbar through a short and thick grounding wire, and multi-point grounding is implemented at key nodes such as the inverter cabinet and control cabinet to reduce the grounding impedance. In order to avoid noise coupling caused by ground loop current, the grounding system should strictly follow the "one-point grounding" principle, that is, all grounding wires eventually converge to the same reference point, and the grounding resistance is controlled below 0.5Ω. In addition, the signal line and the power line should be physically isolated to avoid parallel laying. If necessary, they should be separated by metal bridges or pipes to further block the noise propagation path.
