The displacement sensor TD-1GN-250-25 is a high-precision displacement monitoring device designed for high-temperature and high-pressure working conditions. Its core function is to capture the displacement changes of cylinders or mechanical parts in real time through non-contact measurement technology. The cylinder material (such as ZG15Cr1Mo1V) may cause a deviation between the sensor measurement value and the actual displacement due to the influence of thermal expansion characteristics. In order to improve the measurement accuracy, the sensor output needs to be dynamically corrected in combination with the thermal expansion coefficient of the material.
 
Low-alloy steels such as ZG15Cr1Mo1V will expand thermally in a high-temperature environment, and their linear expansion is proportional to the temperature change. When the cylinder is heated, the slight change in its geometric size may be misjudged by the sensor as an abnormal mechanical displacement, thereby affecting the system's judgment of the equipment status. The displacement sensor TD-1GN-250-25 uses the built-in temperature compensation algorithm, takes the thermal expansion coefficient of the cylinder material as an input parameter, and combines it with real-time temperature sampling data to calculate the theoretical expansion of the cylinder under the current working conditions, and deducts the expansion from the original measurement value of the sensor to achieve accurate extraction of pure mechanical displacement. For example, during the cylinder heating stage, the sensor not only records the displacement signal, but also reads the temperature sensor data at the installation location, and dynamically adjusts the output value through a preset formula to avoid false alarms or control malfunctions caused by thermal expansion.
 
In addition, the correction process needs to take into account the thermal inertia and uneven temperature distribution of the cylinder. In actual applications, there may be gradient differences in the surface temperature of the cylinder. The sensor can obtain data that is closer to the actual expansion state of the cylinder through multi-point temperature sampling or linkage with a distributed temperature monitoring system. For long-term equipment, it is also necessary to regularly verify the accuracy of the correction model, and optimize the parameter weights in the compensation algorithm by comparing the sensor output with the physical calibration results to ensure that the correction effect adapts to equipment aging or operating condition fluctuations. Through the above design, the displacement sensor TD-1GN-250-25 achieves stability and reliability of measurement results in high-temperature cylinder applications, providing data support for the safe operation of industrial systems.
