KHWJ10F1.6P is a high-performance bellows globe valve designed for hydrogen system of power plant generator, suitable for opening and closing and flow control of hydrogen pipeline in hydrogen-cooled generator set. The valve adopts double sealing design (bellows + packing), combined with corrosion-resistant materials and precision manufacturing process, which can meet the stringent working conditions of high-purity media such as hydrogen, ensuring zero leakage and long-term stable operation.
2. KHWJ10F1.6P Bellows globe valve Design features
Bells seal: multi-layer hydraulically formed stainless steel bellows are adopted, with controllable elastic deformation range, avoiding permanent deformation and realizing dynamic sealing.
Packing seal: polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) or flexible graphite packing is equipped at the valve stem as the second sealing barrier after the bellows fails.
Valve body material: the valve body and valve cover are made of cast stainless steel, the valve core and bellows are high-performance stainless steel, resistant to hydrogen embrittlement and corrosion, and suitable for hydrogen medium and high temperature and high pressure environment.

5. Installation and maintenance
Support vertical or horizontal installation, and the fluid direction is consistent with the valve body marking.
Flange connection must ensure concentricity.
Regularly check the fatigue state of the bellows and the sealing of the packing. It is recommended to replace the wearing parts every 2 years.
Clean the oil on the valve surface to prevent particles from affecting the seal.
