Solenoid valve 22FDA-F5T-W220R-20/LP is a cone valve type plug-in solenoid reversing valve, specially designed for steam turbine test system, with three core functions of on-off, pressure maintenance and unloading. ​During normal operation: the solenoid valve 22FDA-F5T-W220R-20/LP is in the normally closed state when power is off, and the high-pressure oil maintains the system pressure through the main oil circuit.

​During test or failure: the solenoid valve is activated after power is on, the high-pressure oil supply is cut off, and the oil circuit is switched to the return oil pipe, so that the actuator (such as the cylinder piston) responds quickly and closes the turbine valve.

​Protection mechanism: Combined with the turbine ETS system (emergency trip system), it works with the AST solenoid valve to achieve multiple protections through series-parallel arrangement to prevent false operation or refusal to operate.

 

​Power plant hydraulic system: Control the high-pressure oil supply and drive the cylinder piston to adjust the turbine valve.

​Lubricating oil test: Adjust the opening and closing of the turbine inlet/exhaust valve to achieve load control and exhaust pressure adjustment.

​Protection system test: Verify the performance of the high-pressure shut-off solenoid valve (such as the AST solenoid valve) after the unit overhaul or in the monthly routine test.
