SD61H-P58.460V is a high-pressure isolation valve designed for the outlet pipeline of large power station boiler reheater. It is mainly used to isolate the pipeline system during water pressure test and convert it to a guide sleeve structure after the test to achieve normal operation of the pipeline. The valve supports multiple disassembly and reuse, and is suitable for the extreme working conditions (high temperature and high pressure steam environment) of 300MW to 1000MW unit boilers, meeting the dual needs of the power industry for safety and economy.

 

Hydrostatic test mode: Static high-pressure water sealing is achieved by installing plugging plates, support plates and O-rings, and the test pressure can reach 1.5 times the design pressure.

 

Operation mode: After removing the plugging plate, install the guide sleeve to form a straight-through pipeline without reduction, reduce medium resistance, and extend valve life.

 

Self-sealing structure: It adopts pressure self-tightening seal. The higher the medium pressure, the stronger the sealing performance, ensuring zero leakage in high-temperature steam environment.

​Extreme working conditions: adapt to high temperature and high pressure steam environment (such as 540℃/14MPa), meet the needs of nuclear power and supercritical units.

 

​Installation direction: strictly install according to the medium flow direction arrow marked on the valve body to avoid reverse flow and seal failure.

​Seal adjustment: pre-tighten the plug plate through the upper end adjustment screw of the support plate to ensure that the O-ring is evenly pressurized.

Maintenance cycle: It is recommended to check the wear of the sealing surface and retighten the self-sealing components every time the machine is shut down for maintenance.
