Its core functions are shock absorption, buffering and displacement compensation to ensure the stability of equipment operation and extend the service life. The buffer adopts a plum blossom structure and is made of polyurethane or raw rubber material. It includes a ring and multiple cylindrical protrusions arranged in an outward ring, and a hollow ring is set in the middle to enhance elasticity.
Structure and material characteristics:
1. Multi-layer composite design: The body and the protrusion are integrally formed by a mold, and a multi-layer raw rubber lamination process is adopted to improve the hardness and retain the elasticity, avoiding deformation caused by force during operation.
2. Solid body: Enhance the overall structural strength, effectively disperse stress, and reduce component wear caused by vibration or impact.
Function and application:
1. Shock absorption and noise reduction: Absorb the vibration of the pump body during startup and operation, reduce the impact transmitted to other components, and reduce noise.
2. Buffer shock load: When the medium flow is unstable or the working conditions change suddenly, alleviate the damage to the pump body caused by instantaneous impact.
3. Compensate for displacement: adapt to installation errors, thermal expansion or axial, radial and angular displacement during dynamic operation to ensure the centering accuracy of the coupling.
4. Extend equipment life: improve the reliability of the vacuum pump system by reducing mechanical stress, maintenance frequency and cost.
