The installation screen by switching piece JL1-2.5/2 is a circuit switching component specially used for the installation screen of the high-voltage distribution cabinet. It belongs to the protection pressure plate type terminal block. Its core function is to realize the circuit disconnection, short-circuiting and testing operations. Its structure adopts a modular design, including a conductive sheet, an insulating base and a fastening component, which is suitable for industrial control scenarios with a rated current of 2.5A.

1. Conductive performance: The conductive sheet is made of high-conductivity copper alloy and nickel-plated on the surface to ensure low contact resistance (≤0.05Ω) and arc resistance, meeting the requirements of IEC 60947 standards.

2. Insulation protection: The base is made of PA66 reinforced nylon material with a temperature range of -40℃~120℃ and an insulation strength of ≥3kV, which can withstand electromagnetic interference and humid and hot environment in the high-voltage cabinet.

3. Mechanical adaptability: The two ends of the switch are designed as standardized slots (spacing 2.5mm/2 poles), which are compatible with the mainstream high-voltage cabinet installation rails and support rapid disassembly and multi-circuit expansion.

 

This component is mainly used in relay protection circuits, signal switching and equipment maintenance isolation scenarios in power systems:

-Relay protection system integration: As the execution unit of the protection pressure plate, the switch position is manually or with tools to realize the protection device's input and output control, such as the logic switching of differential protection and overcurrent protection.

-Testing and debugging: During equipment maintenance, the short-circuit switch can be used to simulate signal input to avoid the risk of live operation and improve operation and maintenance safety.

-Installation requirements: It is necessary to operate in the power-off state to ensure that the conductive sheet is in close contact with the terminal block (torque recommended 0.6~0.8N・m) to avoid abnormal temperature rise caused by virtual connection.
